Qualified candidates will have 3 years of employment-based immigration experience assessing eligibility of corporate employees for U.S immigrant and non-immigrant visas with focus on PERM cases. Additional requirements include excellent client service and communication skills, case management, productivity, well-developed organizational skills and advanced writing and analytical skills.
Requirements:
JD
3 years of professional legal experience representing clients in high volume PERM cases. 1 year professional experience handling L, L blanket, O-1, TN, H-1B cases.
Effective written and verbal communications skills
Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems
Strong time management and organizational skills
Work closely and assist team members
Must be able to provide redacted writing samples for consideration
