Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator role will report to and support the local plant manager and department managers. Responsibilities include data entry into tracking systems and plant spreadsheets, providing commodity and non-commodity accounting support, and supporting other local plant administrative processes, including plant metrics administration.

- Support the department manager with tasks related to plant activity including daily production reporting, inventories, Daily Production Wire, monthly KPR reporting, monthly scorecard, downtime reporting, data entry, inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor accuracy of purchase orders and OPEX expense coding.
- Support Procurement/Maintenance by tracking invoices.
- Commodity accounting including check runs, EFT clearings, monitoring payments, and related duties.
- Filing and document organization, as required.
- Month end reporting tasks for administration and commercial group.
- Provide office support through cross-training and vacation coverage.
- Provide information for internal/external audits.
- Complete miscellaneous report requirements and respond to ad hoc information requests.
- May assist in coordinating off-site training, supplies, and travel.
- Support operations by providing various inputs to monthly forecasting for plant expenses; assists with tracking and communication of Bunge Production System program; reporting daily, weekly, and monthly production data and KPR’s to support monthly scorecard development; and participating in continuous improvement activities.
- Support accounting through reviewing Bill of material (BOM) for accuracy – e.g. Labor hours, overtime, line speeds, efficiencies, shrinks, etc.; approving Invoices; creating purchase orders; and managing blanket Purchase Orders.
- Manage third party services including office, breakroom, and lavatory cleaning and sanitation services; lawn and landscaping services, breakroom vending services, facility security services (including plant access cards, office/cabinet keys)
- Provide general administrative task such as administering the Records Retention Policy; ordering office supplies; managing incoming/outgoing mail/packages; arranging travel, acting as a liaison with IT regarding network, phone system, etc.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in an Administrative role
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software required
- Knowledge of SAP, GTM, EHS preferred
- Knowledge of AP and AR processes preferred
- Ability to learn new programs required
- Understanding of contracts preferred
- Self-starter and ability to take initiative required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties based on changing business needs required
- Effective verbal and written communications skills required
- Keep privileged information confidential
