The Role:
As a Board Director reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a global team of 100 across the UK, India, Australia, and the US. Your mission is to oversee sales, product development, implementations, service desk, and account management, ensuring excellence at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams,
Provide strategic vision and leadership, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.
Inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, from sales to ongoing account management.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Scale operations and ensure service excellence for our clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security standards.
Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Lead product development and innovation efforts.
