Today, we are looking for a leader and technology expert with industrial background to drive digital transformation and adopt innovative solutions for our customers in the different industrial sectors.

IF YOU ARE

• An expert in process simulation and optimization, solving industrial challenges during factory (re)design, production line automation, production launch in the Manufacturing, Automotive, or Warehousing domains
• Experienced in simulations of material flows and logistics processes for production facilities, or warehouses
• Possessing a record of success in delivering digital solutions or adopting technologies that led to cost reduction, production optimization, or quality increase
• Understanding what business value technologies and digital transformation can bring and how ROI can vary depending on the industrial domain or operating model
• Demonstrating a record of success in technical presales
• Aware of Process Simulation, Process Optimization, Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse, OT and IT convergence, advanced automation, EDGE computing, etc.
• Skilled in systemizing things, asking the right questions, driving vision and purpose, managing ambiguity and complexity
• Fluent in presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experienced with Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Emulate3D, FlexSim, or simulation libraries (SimPy)
• Understanding digital twin concepts, technologies, and tools
• Driving strategic initiatives and implementation of complex projects or solutions, working with other vendors or service providers
• Used to working in advisory teams, and applying consulting best practices and approaches
• Skilled in mathematical optimization of material flows and logistics processes (would be a plus)
• Having an advantage of NVIDIA Omniverse
• Possessing a background in an OT environment, working with industry-specific PLC/DCS, SCADA, and MES/WES systems (as a benefit)
• Used to applying Big Data, ML/AI, IoT, XR/VR technologies to cover visual quality control, predictive maintenance, operational analytics, virtual pieces of training, or similar (as a perk)

• Create tailored Industrial Digital Twin and Metaverse solutions in close cooperation with the customer
• Define how innovative Digital Twin and Industrial Metaverse solutions can solve industrial challenges, covering both processes and technologies
• Determine use cases and evaluate ROI for different customers, running ideation sessions, and workshops, and leverage your advisory skills
• Outline value proposition and accelerators for selected Industries (Manufacturing, Automotive, Warehouse), by leveraging process simulation tools, NVIDIA Omniverse technologies, and other advanced technologies
• Build an effective engagement strategy considering customer needs and business objectives
• Manage risk and make decisions regarding timelines, deliverables, and priorities on a customer’s project
