About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at the forefront of the solar energy transition. This pivotal role sits within the Operations department of our company. The Operations Specialist will be instrumental in steering the planning, performance management, installations, and supply chain processes, ensuring the seamless execution of residential and industrial photovoltaic system projects.

Your impact

• Strategic Planning and Execution: You will spearhead the planning phase of projects, focusing on aligning them with customer needs, local regulations, and industry standards. Your role will ensure that each project is executed with precision, from concept to completion, guaranteeing efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Supply Chain and Vendor Management: By collaborating closely with suppliers, you will secure the timely availability of high-quality materials and equipment essential for project installations, maintaining robust relationships and managing contracts effectively.
• Performance Management: Oversee the performance metrics of ongoing projects, employing data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve overall outcomes.
• Technical skills and Compliance: Provide expert advice on photovoltaic technologies, ensuring all installations comply with safety regulations and industry best practices. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and technical guidance, both for our team and our clients.
• Project Management Support: Assist in the coordination and supervision of installation processes, ensuring projects adhere to budgetary and timeline constraints. Your expertise will help navigate the complexities of residential and commercial photovoltaic systems.
  
  

Your Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably within the solar energy sector or related fields.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a closely related discipline with a focus on energy, renewable energy, or supply chain management.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Proficient in project management principles.
• Interest within the solar energy industry, including of photovoltaic systems.
• Customer obsession, we are looking for individual striving to deliver the best customer experience.
• Hands-on individual, with the positive attitude towards problems and providing solutions to them
• Languages: Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
• Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer focus. The ability to work effectively within a team and lead projects to successful completion.
