Job Title: Content Curator and Reels/Podcast Editor

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Curator and Reels/Podcast Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing high-quality content across various digital platforms, including social media, our website, and podcast channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Reels and Podcast Production:
• Create and edit engaging, visually appealing short-form video content (Reels) for our social media platforms.
• Produce and edit high-quality podcast episodes, including recording, editing, and optimizing audio content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to develop compelling podcast and Reels content.
• Ensure the podcast and Reels content aligns with our brand's messaging and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure seamless content integration across all channels.
• Contribute to the development of the overall content strategy and editorial calendar.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to enhance the content experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 years of experience in content curation, social media management, and/or podcast production.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, GarageBand).
• Familiarity with content curation tools and platforms (e.g., Feedly, Curata, Scoop.it).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
