The AI Product Lead holds comprehensive accountability for each AI product's success across all areas. This includes managing the budget, defining and overseeing the development scope and roadmap, allocating and optimizing resources (labor), and spearheading marketing initiatives. The role demands a proactive leader who makes well-informed, critical decisions about product priorities consistent with business objectives and engineering capabilities. It is imperative that the Product Lead maintains a deep understanding of both market demands and operational capacity to ensure the delivery of AI solutions that are both viable and competitively advantageous, leading to successful market adoption.

Your tasks

• Lead product development autonomously, setting and owning timelines and milestones.
• Manage and allocate the software product budget efficiently.
• Define project scope and create a strategic development roadmap
• Optimize resource use, aligning talent with tasks to boost productivity.
• Make critical decisions on product priorities and development.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams for unified product development.
• Gather user feedback to align product with market needs.
• Drive user adoption and ensure successful software deployment.
• Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in product development.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years in software product management
• First experience in Large Language Models and/or Machine Learning
• Deep expertise in the Product Management discipline
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and German. Spanish is a plus.
