The BioProduction Group is seeking a dynamic Sr. Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) to champion our single-use technology portfolio. You'll be instrumental in driving both immediate and long-term sales growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Grow Sales & Pipeline: Find new clients and leverage existing products to drive long-term growth. Convert leads quickly and prioritize adoption of new product introductions.
Manage Opportunities & Collaborate: Actively manage existing sales opportunities to accelerate closure. Work with internal teams to develop winning sales strategies and build strong client relationships.
Technical Expertise & Support: Identify key decision-makers and technical buyers. Provide technical expertise to support complex sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute strategic account growth plans, maximizing sales and profitability.
Experience:
Scientific Background: A bachelor's degree in a life science field like biology, molecular biology, or engineering is required.
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the bioproduction industry is essential.
Communication & Collaboration: You have the ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
Client Focus & Problem-Solving: You demonstrate strong judgment and tact when building relationships and possess a deep understanding of customer challenges and solution development.
