Temenos T24 Developer
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of business analysts, guiding them in gathering and documenting requirements for the Temenos T24 system.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes within the T24 core banking platform.
- Design and implement system enhancements, configurations, and customizations in collaboration with the development team.
- Provide end-to-end support for the T24 Temenos system, resolving issues, troubleshooting, and conducting user training.
- Oversee system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with business needs.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and training materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for system integration, upgrades, or customization projects.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and the latest T24 Temenos releases.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide expert training and support to end-users.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or Finance.
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with Temenos T24 expertise.
- Strong understanding of core banking processes and T24 modules.
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Banking and financial services industry experience is a plus.
