Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director (MD) to lead our client’s operations in Dubai. The MD will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing overall business operations, and ensuring the company’s growth and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and growth plans.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Implement best practices to improve operational processes and service delivery.

Financial Management:

• Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure financial health and stability, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead business development initiatives to drive sales and expand the client base.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and staff to achieve high performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages professional growth.

Compliance and Governance:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Implement and uphold corporate governance practices and ethical standards.

Innovation and Sustainability:

• Promote innovation and sustainability initiatives within the company.
• Ensure the adoption of new technologies and practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Desired Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Skills: Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management skills.
• Attributes: Visionary leader with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Location: Must be willing to work in Dubai.
