Role Overview
As our Senior Supply Chain and Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize strategic objectives and enhance supplier performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Supplier Relationship Management programs.
Foster strong relationships with our strategic suppliers to maximize value and drive performance improvements.
Utilize your analytical skills to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Leverage your proficiency in MS Office Suite to manage data and reports effectively.
Ideally, bring experience in consumer products or food manufacturing industries, though not required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of five years in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Proven track record in managing Supplier Relationship Management programs.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with project financials and benefits tracking is a plus.
