Role Description
This is a full-time contract role for a Licensed Psychologist who would like to be a part of our growing team at Heal to Hear, PLLC. The Psychologist will be responsible for providing counseling and mental health support to clients. There will also be opportunities to supervise pre-licensed trainees. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting psychological assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and implementing therapeutic interventions. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being in Plano, TX, but some remote work will be allowed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a must have earned their degree from an APA accredited program
Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to empathize and build rapport with clients
Experience in working with diverse populations
Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Texas
Strong interest in supervision and training is preferred
Additional certifications or specialization in specific areas of mental health (e.g., trauma, addiction) are a plus
