PROGRAMS FACILITATOR
DEPARTMENT:Community Corrections
HIRING RANGE:$25.36-$28.17/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

Job Summary
Responsible for managing participant caseload including, intake, providing information/assistance, monitoring progress, and maintaining participant files.
Job Requirements
Associate degree in criminal justice, social work, behavioral science, or a related field with two years’ work experience; Baccalaureate degree preferred
Ability to maintain required certifications including CPR, AED, IRAS, ECMS, CVSA, and PREA
Thorough knowledge of treatment programs and services available to participants from other government, social, and private agencies with ability to maintain and apply knowledge of evidence-based practices and cognitive based curriculum
Valid Indiana driver’s license
Hepatitis B vaccine eligible
