Overview:

Healthcare Recruiters International, a recruiting firm, is currently seeking a dedicated outpatient mental health therapist on behalf of our client in Clifton, New Jersey. This position involves providing individualized mental health treatments aimed at addressing emotional and behavioral challenges in individuals. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing Individual Service Treatment Plans and assisting clients with additional clinical needs such as referral, assessment, emergency plan development, and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field. (LSW/LAC/LAMFT/LCSW/LPC/LMFT)
• Minimum one year of experience in providing individualized mental health treatments and implementing treatment plans.
• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral modification strategies, and DSM-V.
