Seeking a motivated and hungry Inside Sales Trailblazer to join our sales team and thriving family-and employee-owned building materials and lumber company! $80k - $100K total comp. with lucrative commissions. We also offer an excellent benefits package and a very generous ESOP program!
About The Role
Grow existing book of business and acquire new business by selling building materials to contractors via cold calling and some face to face on the field sales
Focus will be on selling building materials, but may cross-sell lumber as well
Learn and master the company's internal sales software
Ideal candidates have sales experience in the concrete industry, targeting concrete subcontractors for residential or commercial projects, or similar industries (construction, rebar, building materials, etc.)
Act as a consultant to the customers and help sell them the products that best fit their needs and timeline
Company sells hardware and lumber to contractors and DIY enthusiasts
This role is fully on-site (Mon. - Fri. and Saturdays as needed)
Requirements
5-10 yr. Inside Sales experience
Sales experience in Concrete industry or related industries (i.e. construction, hardware, building materials, rebar, etc.)
Technical knowledge of construction industry and familiarity with concrete products/building materials (i.e. concrete, anchor bolts, rebar, foundation products, etc.)
An entrepreneurial spirit
Hungry and incentivized by high earning potential commission structure
