Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, FPGA Engineers are instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing FPGA solutions aimed at enhancing the performance of our trading systems.

• Collaborate with business leaders to conduct research, formulate designs, execute implementations, and deploy FPGA solutions across our trading businesses
• Optimize trading system efficiency and performance to expedite algorithmic trade signal generation and order execution

Skills and Preferred Qualifications

• A profound interest in technology, software, and hardware development
• Possession of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficient in System Verilog or VHDL, with additional proficiency in Python, C, Tcl, and bash considered advantageous
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Hardware Architecture, RTL Coding, Simulation, Systems Integration, Hardware Validation and Testing, FPGA Synthesis, and Static Analysis
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
