The role involves collaborating with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to create and implement an HR strategic plan aligned with corporate goals.
Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, training, succession planning, culture development, and compliance.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 8 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of HR disciplines and employment laws.
Experience handling and resolving employee relations matters promptly and effectively, escalating them as needed and conducting comprehensive and impartial investigations with efficiency and objectivity.
