The District Property Manager will oversee operations across multiple properties, ensuring high standards of management and maintenance. They will lead property managers and staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. This is an in-person role in the Buffalo/WNY area.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 Years of Experience in Property Management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial and operational analysis.
  • Ability to multi-task various duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to use MRI and Nexus, preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
