LHH is currently searching for a Digital Account Director for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of account management/client service experience within an advertising agency working on digital campaigns. This is a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance, discuss strategy, and identify opportunities for growth
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations and guiding clients through the digital landscape
Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals
Lead brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to generate innovative ideas and solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure strategies are effective and competitive
Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize results, making strategic adjustments as needed
Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and performance metrics
Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing
Coordinate with internal departments, including creative, development, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on account management or client services
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving digital marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Strategic thinking with a data-drive approach to decision-making
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media management tools
Ability to work onsite in a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area
