Job Overview/Summary

The Senior Celonis Developer will be responsible for process mining and Celonis. They will design and develop the Celonis dashboard and implementation, as well as support its post-production tasks and functionality design. The role requires a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environments and achieve business results.

Responsibilities

Must be technical to do development of API (Python or Java) and Celonis SQL.

Provide expert level business process guidance on data management functionalities within SAP and Celonis.

Lead ERP migration with emphasis on data governance including ETL, Data Archiving, Data Migration, Data Conversion, Data Loads, Data Distribution, Data Maintenance, Data Governance, Data Analysis, Data Extracts and Reporting, Data Mapping, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, and Data Refreshes and Upgrades.

Provide senior level functional data management support for Master Data Management, Master Data Maintenance, and Data Governance practices and techniques.

Design, recommend and implement data security models and access control mechanisms and processes.

Design and implement data archiving capabilities across multiple platforms.

Support the Celonis implementation and post-production tasks, support functionality design, planning and implementation.

Develop business process dashboards and reports from source data, identify as-is processes and present output to stakeholders.

Design and configure Celonis applications required from functional perspective.

Analyze source data, identify inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements based on SAP standards.

Identify opportunities for process and task mining and influence business teams at various phases of projects using Celonis.

Contribute and support continuous improvement relating to data governance in Celonis.

Support business partners to identify areas for improvement with a data-driven approach.

Serve as a technical liaison to the business and propose solutions.

Structure and enable people within the business to execute and report value framing and tracking for senior leadership.

Collaborate with various stakeholders from different process areas and projects in a techno-functional capacity to implement analysis solutions and identify process efficiency opportunities.

Champion the idea of leveraging automations and analytics to introduce process efficiencies for business in a data-driven approach.

Act as a Celonis champion and evangelist.

Primary Skills

4 hands-on years of experience with designing, building, and developing Celonis Process Mining including the ability to code PQL scripts for data modeling, design front-end views, analyses, and KPIs with provable builds of Celonis Analysis & Action Flows.

Customer project-based experience working as Analyst or Data Engineer on Celonis implementations.

Knowledge of real-time business cases in Process Mining.

Knowledge over the Process Query Language (PQL) to build front-end components to meet the requirements set by the business and create KPIs.

Ability to perform validation over back-end and front-end findings in Celonis.

Strong collaboration skills for stakeholder management.

Strong problem-solving, analysis, design skills, and detail-oriented.

Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience.

Certification in Celonis required.
