Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive client acquisition by targeting large commercial customers such as office buildings, industrial sites, data centers, and educational facilities.
Identify and prospect new clients, scheduling impactful face-to-face presentations with decision-makers.
Leverage consultative selling to uncover client needs, develop tailored value propositions, and create detailed proposals.
Use Salesforce to manage your sales activities and schedules.
Represent our company at trade shows, corporate events, and networking functions.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven success in B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas for 5 years.
Exceptional prospecting, marketing, and communication skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills.
Valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Bachelor's degree
