Associate Financial Planner - CFP - Remote

Judson Group has partnered with a $19B RIA with a national presence in the search for an Associate Financial Planner – CFP. This individual will be a key member of the firm’s dedicated planning team, focused on financial planning responsibilities and assisting in the production of wealth planning deliverables for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning efforts for HNW clients with UHNW planning knowledge a plus.

This firm has a national presence and is highly respected for their client service model and their deep financial planning offerings. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to impact clients through detailed financial planning, working alongside senior financial planners and advisors that lead client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Work with various financial planning team members to understand client goals.
• Analyze client data to understand trends and develop and assist in preparation of financial plans and recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare wealth planning deliverables, including proactive, high impact planning solutions with the supervision of a planning team leader.
• Prepare in accurate and timely fashion, documents and reports needed for planning solutions.
• Monitor and update client Financial Plans as needed.
• Participates in calls with senior planners and attends debrief sessions to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Assist in developing content for webinars, Monday morning calls, and the Advanced Wealth Planning website.
• Adhere to all aspects of oversight, risk, and compliance.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree; CFP or pursuant of CFP is required*.
• 2 years of wealth management/planning experience.
• Experience using a financial planning tool is required, eMoney experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
• Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
