My client, a global automotive supplier of automotive products, is seeking a hands-on Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team.

For this position you will need great project management and product engineering skills; coupled with high energy & ability to provide mentorship/leadership. You will need expertise in the areas of injection moulding for the automotive industry, background in robotics/automation and Advance Product Quality Plan (APQP) processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
A solid background in robotics and automation is required, ideally in Automotive.
3D CAD systems knowledge required; Solid works preferred.
Knowledge of Process engineering, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles are a plus.
Good mechanical aptitude along with strong computer literacy skills required.
Experience in injection molding, sheet metals, process engineering & quality control.
Understanding of GD&T and interface application.
Ability to manage teams, KPI’s, processes and P&L.
