We need you to be: Resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Suitable candidates will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting. Being a Senior Support Worker takes leadership skills, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.
In line with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) registration, successful candidates will work towards relevant qualifications.
Membership of the PVG scheme is an essential requirement of the post and the National Autistic Society will cover the cost of your application.
