Roles and Responsibilities

  • Align & gather business requirements from business stakeholders for CRM system & process improvement
  • Plan, align & deploy Salesforce CRM Modules in co-ordination with HQ team & Business Stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate with Kia HQ & CRM operations team for managing day to day CRM operations
  • Plan & Execute Salesforce CRM & DMS enhancements
  • Manage utilization of CRM system
  • Define customer data management strategy and related initiatives to enhance customer base & Dealer performance
  • Analyse customer data quality & Consent management.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs through CRM dashboards
  • Prepare Management reports & approvals


Education: B.Tech/ MBA

Experience: 5-8 Years

Language : English , Hindi


Required Competencies

  • At least 3 years role relevant experience. Total 5~8 years overall experience
  • Mandatory experience in CRM function (preferably in automobile domain)
  • Problem solver with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues within a well-timed routine
  • Project and People Management.
  • Ability to plan and produce reports using MS Office and other basic IT tools.
