Technical Lead

Technical Lead / Full Stack developer 5 Yrs must have experience.

We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the companys technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Technical Skills Required Must.

Backend Technologies.

• Should have good experience 3 Yrs in MySQL, SQL Server and should be familiar with MongoDB.
• Should have worked minimum 1 yrs on any Backend technology: Java, PHP, Python, NodeJS
• Should be familiar with Docker, Jira.
  
  

Frontend Technologies.

• Should have good experience 3 Yrs JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS3.
• Should be familiar with Angular any version.
• Need to have a strong understanding on RESTful API service integration.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of designing systems and should be aware about SDLC.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Developer (MySQL, or SQL, and Angular & JavaScript) should be passionate about coding and should have strong skills in JavaScript programming.
• Must have hands n experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap,
• Should you know Angular value add advantages
• Must have worked on JavaScript, HTML, CSS3.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with diverse teams
• Meeting with the software development team to define the scope and scale of software projects.
• Designing software system architecture.
• Completing data structures and design patterns.
• Designing and implementing scalable web services, applications, and APIs.
• Developing and maintaining internal software tools.
• Writing low-level and high-level code.
• Troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency.
• Collaborating with the design team on developing micro-services.
