Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess exceptional communication and project management skills, and be adept at handling diverse responsibilities across the organization. The role is based out of Gurgaon.

Core Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director. This includes overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making processes. Utilize analytical tools and methods to derive insights and recommendations.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and ensure timely dissemination of information.
  • Research: Conduct research on relevant topics to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes within the organization.
  • Special Projects: Take ownership of special projects, which may involve research, planning, and execution across various functional areas.
  • Documentation and follow-Up: Maintain accurate records, meeting minutes, and action items from meetings attended by the Managing Director. Follow up on action points to ensure completion.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • MBA from Tier I/II college.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in financial services or microfinance industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Office) to extract and present insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and organizational needs.
