The Marketing and Communication Coordinator is pivotal in orchestrating the company's brand presence across various channels, and ensuring effective communication internally and externally. They execute marketing strategies, curate engaging content, and manage social media platforms to connect with and influence target audiences.

Job Overview: The Marketing and Communication Coordinator will support various aspects of marketing and communication initiatives, focusing on executing strategies, managing communication channels, and assisting in brand management. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to support targeted marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across platforms.

Brand And Digital Marketing Assistance

  • Aid in maintaining brand identity consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Support digital marketing efforts including social media management and content creation.

Communication Coordination

  • Support communication efforts with departments to foster collaboration.
  • Assist in developing communication strategies to engage clients and convey value propositions.
  • Help manage communication platforms such as social media, newsletters, webinars, and events.

Document Preparation And Support

  • Provide assistance in proofreading and managing document version control for senior management.
  • Support in the preparation of materials for board meetings and executive reports.
  • Maintain organized document repositories to facilitate smooth communication workflows.

Presentation Development

  • Content Creation: Develop, design, and write content for sales presentations, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with the company's brand message.
  • Visual Design: Create visually appealing slides using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or other presentation software, incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and animations to enhance presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team to understand their needs and tailor presentations to specific clients and sales opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Assist in cultivating relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities as needed.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing and communication team.
  • Assist in setting up meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for events.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communication roles
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
