Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website front-end experience in alignment with Current’s business and brand strategies
- Create, maintain, and enhance customer journeys for Current’s identified personas. Facilitate the achievement of customer experience KPIs using insights from quantitative and qualitative behavioral data
- Manage customer experience across Current’s sites and propose improvements, coordinating closely with our SEO and Content Manager to understand on-site activity and various marketing stakeholders to understand customer need
- Coordinate marketing web development and content update requests with supporting IT resources, managing and providing content collected from a variety of Marketing contributors
- Collaborate with Current’s Brand Manager to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
- Regular update and maintenance of on-site content, coordinating with a variety of stakeholders
- Coordinating with Current’s Digital Tools Team to conducting content audits, eliminating redundant and/or duplicate information.
- Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Continually working to Improve the user experience of the website.
- Coordinate with the Brand & Planning and Product Marketing teams to develop strategies which align to campaign and communications activities
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
- Plan & coordinate the creation and implementation of digital tools and templates
Requirements
- :Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, web development or related field
- .Proven experience (5 years) managing and maintaining websites, preferably in the B2B or B2C secto
- rExpert knowledge of in a variety of CMS (deep experience utilizing Drupal is preferred
- )Proven project management skill
- sUnderstanding and proficiency in graphic design principles, with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- .Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC), web accessibility standards (WCAG) and the ability to align website objectives to key KPIs
- .Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
- .Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
- .Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionall
- yFantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task
