Senior Accountant

Our client is a pharmaceutical company. They seek a temp Senior Accountant to join their Bridgewater, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Validate and record monthly sales transactions and invoicing customers
• Reconcile accounts receivable balance and investigate variances
• Manage fixed assets schedule and monthly amortization
• Assess monthly fixed assets reconciliation to the general ledger
• Provide sales data to external consultant for calculation of government pricing
• Review the Medicaid Best Price calculations provided by an external consultant
• Prepare quarterly tax paid analysis for corporate reporting
• Handle monthly HFM submissions of statutory results and reconcile the ledger
• Support accounts payable invoice processing and payment
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
• Experience within an international organization
• Able to deliver quality results within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in Excel, QuickBooks, Hyperion, SAP and Concur
