Summary

The Security Analyst will directly support the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) Information Security Program, responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and safeguarding information technology resources at DFS.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains Information Security policies, standards, procedures, and other related documents
• Performs and documents information security risk assessments
• Identifies and supports business information security requirements
• Deploys and monitors a wide range of technical security controls
• Drafts and disseminates Information Security operational metrics and management reports
  
  

Mandatory Experiences

• 84 months of experience in enterprise security architecture design.
• 84 months of experience in designing and delivering employee security awareness training.
• 84 months of experience in designing and executing vulnerability tests.
• 84 months of experience in software security assurance.
• Certifications in CISSP, CISA or CISM
