What You'll Do
Conduct thorough financial analysis to guide loan decisions.
Present recommendations to our Loan Committee with confidence.
Collaborate closely with customers and partners to ensure comprehensive loan evaluations.
Maintain exceptional service standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
What You Need
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in underwriting, preferably in SBA lending or related fields.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities with expertise in financial statement analysis and cash flow.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills within a commercial banking setting.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
