Sales Operations Analyst

The Role:

Be the point person for our Factory Automation & Emerging Customers Americas Sales teams! This employee will work closely with members of the Sales team to create and maintain territories in our Customer Relationship Management System. They will also be responsible for timely and accurate execution of tasks relating to all sides of the Sales process and would embody our core values including Work Hard, Play Hard and Move Fast.

Essential Functions:

  • Overall frontline support of all Sales administrative tools and processes

-Coordinate monthly regional sales forecast

-Lead quarterly opportunity loss review meetings between sales & product teams

-Service as the regional point person for Business Intelligence tools

-Lead annual quota setting process

  • Actively manage Salesforce, which includes (but is not limited to):

-Creation of territories from regional Sales managers

-Assist in pricing agreement execution

-Learn new Salesforce processes as released to ensure smooth launches and able to support sales team during change

-Data governance within system to ensure meaningful and accurate reporting

  • Monitor and action Salesforce support tickets
  • Assist in ad hoc creation and administration of new processes and reporting to support Sales and Sales Operations teams
  • Work closely with Global Sales Operations department to roll out new processes
  • Timely responsiveness to Sales team inquiries

Minimum education and work experience required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of financial planning and analysis preferred.
  • Experience supporting global expense planning preferred.
