This position is responsible for providing quality assurance by conducting inspections, monitoring processes and procedures, and completing reports and logs to ensure that production standards are met.

Qualifications And Requirements
Conducts in-process inspections and documents results in various reports/logs
Inspects orders going out to ensure compliance
Aids in the production area to ensure a quality product is being produced; communicates and documents findings of any non-conforming product
Ensure all first and last piece signs off’s are completed
Will also be responsible for creating and completing daily reports
Reads and reviews materials, such as job tickets, PDF proofs, and any other special instructions that pertain to the job requirements
Monitors or observes processes to ensure that they meet production standards
Ensures warehouse associates are operating within the process structure
Determines quality improvement opportunities by collecting and reviewing data
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs
Assists with Root Cause Analysis/ Corrective Actions
Attend Production meetings and relay accurate information to the team
Demonstrate ability to champion changes in production workflows, processes, and reporting requirements
Supports Warehouse manager
Follow standard operating procedures according to the department's guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer use. Applicant should be familiar with Microsoft Office.

Required Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in industry or related field.
