Job Duties
Maintaining a safe work environment
Offering technical support to customers and sales team
Resolving quality claims and collaborating with various departments for customer resolution
Managing audits for ABS, ISO, DOTs, etc.
Conducting internal audits of the quality system
Updating/inputting steel grade chemistries
Requirements
Ability to create and maintain a safe work environment
Relevant college degree (Metallurgical, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering)
Effective communication skills
Ability to make informed decisions and seek assistance when needed
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience in Steel Production
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Axiom, and other computer programs
Experience with database creation and management
