Location: Amherst Park Apartments- Nashua NH

Part Time- Monday-Friday 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm

20- 24 Per Hour- $ 1,500.00 Sign on Bonus !

Are you passionate about helping communities thrive? We're seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support the diverse needs of our residents. In this part-time role, you'll be responsible for fostering community involvement, linking residents with essential programs, and identifying additional resources to enhance their quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

Build Community Partnerships:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with service providers, youth recreation programs, and family support services to ensure the success and well-being of our residents.
• Manage budgets and seek additional funding sources to sustain resident services programs.

Support Resident Needs:

• Develop crisis and early intervention procedures to address resident needs promptly.
• Conduct needs assessments and community meetings to understand resident issues and guide them towards appropriate services and resources.
• Maintain a comprehensive list of community resources for the benefit of residents.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma (or equivalent experience).

Experience working with diverse populations.

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Ability to thoughtfully engage with individuals facing mental health, substance abuse, and/or legal/financial challenges.
