MeriTec Services, Inc. is seeking a candidate for a Join-Level Exercise Scenario Developer.

This role is pivotal in crafting scenarios that enhance the employment of influence-based capabilities such as Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Communication Strategy and Operations (COMMSTRAT), and Civil Affairs (CA), along with technical capabilities including cyber operations, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Intelligence, Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (IJISTO) support.
Key Responsibilities
Scenario Development: Create in-depth and immersive training scenarios, complete with detailed introduction materials known as Road to War (RTW), and comprehensive simulated and real all-source intelligence materials.
Directive Initiation: Develop initiating directives tailored to the specific size and type of command, ensuring relevance and operational effectiveness.
Exercise Support: Assist in crafting exercise materials suitable for Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) certified exercises, ensuring they meet the highest standards of realism and complexity.
Required Expertise
Marine Corps Knowledge: Demonstrate a working knowledge of Marine Corps Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) standing organizations, including the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB), and Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).
Crisis Response: Possess an understanding of contemporary Marine Corps and Joint-level crisis response organizations, enhancing the realism and applicability of training scenarios.
