Investor Relations Operations Associate

A hedge-fund that leads in global credit investing is looking to add an Investor Relations Operations Analyst to their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Currently, the team oversees the management of $30 billion of investable assets across various synergistic credit strategies.

As an Investor Relations Operations Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining the investor capital activity, maintain internal CRM system and software along with investor portal, and maintain all census data on investor base itself and generate all types of metrics and reporting for IR, compliance and regulatory purposes for the sales team.

Investor Relations Operations Associate Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal CRM system and software along with investor portal / website as well as distribution lists, working closely with IR team
• Maintain investor capital activity (Documentation, working with internal and external legal counsel, handling questions and all investor requests)
• Maintain all census data on investor base itself and generate all types of metrics and reporting for IR, compliance / regulatory purposes for the sales team
• Provide operational support to the Investor Relations team
• Manage relationships with investors and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure that all investor communications are accurate and timely
• Handle investor requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
