Summary - The Plant IT Technician will provide a consistent and continually developing level of high-quality support for technology-related issues arising out of IT equipment used on our Production floor. Hands-on technical support on computing equipment used in the Plants / Warehouses.
Provide support, hardware break/fix, and asset management for the following Payroll-related hardware:
Time Clocks – 100% maintained in-house for all of Fresh Meats, Poultry, and Prepared Foods legacy Tyson – advanced exchanges are configured and shipped the same day.
Check Printers – Same-day shipment from the service provider via hardware maintenance (before 1 pm CST) issue POs as needed for maintenance kits and set up replacements.
Check Sealers – Provide advanced exchanges and hardware/break-fix
Fargo Badge Printers – Badge printers are used company-wide for door control and payroll. Provide 2nd level support and engage the manufacturer for warranty repairs as needed.
DNA – Provide the installation, configuration, and support of the DNA application
Other Support Areas –
