The Opportunity ...

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) helps align HR strategies with our goals to lead organizational performance. You will collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to provide comprehensive HR solutions and help develop HR programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity. You will report to the Director of Human Resources.

  • Be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters including workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Partner with managers to address performance management issues, providing coaching to optimize employee performance and development.
  • Guide the implementation of HR programs, such as compensation and benefits, employee engagement surveys, diversity, and inclusion programs, and learning and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities such as; payroll, workers' compensation, maintenance of employee files, compensation, and benefits.


Requirements For The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required;
  • 5 year of proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is great to have.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a benefit.


The estimated annual base salary/hourly range for this role is $89,000.00-$116,000.00. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
