What Will I Be Doing?
- Delivering high-quality psychotherapeutic services to children and families using the Family Centered Treatment model
- Working towards preserving families through weekly in-home sessions and community-based services
Successful team members demonstrate:
- A passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals
- Flexibility, as the role requires afternoon, evening, and potential weekend hours for session planning
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is required
- Two years of experience working with youth or families is necessary
- One year of clinical work experience is preferred
- Must be a QMHP or eligible to register as a QMHP. (Refer to the Virginia Board of Counseling requirements
- FCT Certification provided by Health Connect America upon hire
