Part-time Sr. Researcher/Knowledge Manager Canada or US based-Remote

We are an in-house recruitment arm to support our Founder, a UHNWI's global hiring/networking needs.

We are looking for a Senior Researcher/Knowledge Manager to join our dynamic team, working on projects beyond recruitment.

We consistently provide innovative, creative solutions that allow our internal clients to access the very best candidates and market insights. With a deep capability in assessing the right talent, our Researchers play a critical role in each step of the leadership advisory process.

Our value also resides in Market Intelligence: Teaming up on “proprietary” market intelligence projects in a Research Analyst sector and/or CoE industry concentration; Proactively identifying and tracking organizational, industry, and/or functional trends and reporting findings.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years experience in Research and Mapping working in either Boutique Firm or Leading Executive Search Firms
• Master ability to identify relevant candidate backgrounds from a variety of sources including: LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Industry associations and trade publications, proxy statements, social media, etc.
• Manage time effectively to simultaneously balance research requests from multiple search projects.
• Actively engage with colleagues of all levels to create a culture of transparency, collaboration, respect, execution, and professionalism.
