Experience assisting the Government with creating, editing, and reviewing technical documentation to include, but not limited to, program plans, acquisition documentation, specifications, manuals, technical guides, and memos.
Experience providing technical support and coordination with functional areas/matrix support groups (i.e., architecture, systems engineering, design, testing, configuration management, logistics, producibility, integrated product/process development, quality assurance, reliability, maintainability, fielding, training, operation, maintenance, etc.) as applicable to individual programs.
Experience with Electromagnetic Warfare operations (Army and Joint).
Familiarity with Army Acquisition activities, especially within a Product Manager office.
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Duties
Perform non-recurring engineering studies and analyses to evaluate the viability of potential solutions to various technical problems, such as how systems might be integrated.
Serve as a technical manager with internal/external developer teams within an Agile development process to guide development and design choices, balancing user needs and program constraints
Responsible for collaborating with other gov agencies, support orgs, and contractors
Develop, analyze and manage system-level and software-level requirements and interfaces.
Perform requirements analysis and definition, as well as allocation, decomposition and traceability.
Assist with maintaining, managing and integrating requirements between various tools.
Engage in model-based system engineering activities
Represent PdM EWI in technical and programmatic exchanges to refine concepts, use cases, and system requirements for new capabilities and features.
Review and provide input to requirements, specifications, reviews, and presentations material.
