We're looking for our next Dishwasher to join our dynamic team!

Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village has an opening for a Dishwasher within our Dining Services department. Various schedules available, no late nights! You will focus primarily on general dishwashing duties at our resort-style restaurants.
In this position, you have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team both within the department and within Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village in general, to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors.
Position Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ability to operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position
Ensure dishwashing duties are performed in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards
Notify supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed
Keep supervisor informed of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies
Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for Residents, guests, and team members
Key Requirements Of This Position
Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members and the general public
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks
Adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion.
Willingness to work holidays and weekends

No experience is necessary but ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

A high school diploma or equivalent
A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, team members and guests
Be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be able to pass a drug and background test
