The Director of Strategy & Program Management (PMO) position is a key role in Atom’s Enterprise Transformation Practice. This is an exciting role that requires hands-on leadership, management, and problem-solving experience. As the Director of PMO, you'll be tasked with leading mission-critical projects and driving enterprise transformations within Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing, and other enterprise applications to help our customer be at the forefront of innovation and technology.


The role serves helping to build one of the leading Project and Program Management, Six Sigma Lean, and Change Management technology practices in the world. As the Director of PMO, you'll deliver rapid solutions through strategy, planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of large scale applications, with an emphasis on Oracle Cloud ERP (Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Management, etc.), and Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, and Billing).

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the strategy, planning, monitoring, governance, and control in the implementation of large-scale enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing).
  • Define the Master Project Plan in a hybrid agile/waterfall methodology, governance framework, and weekly work management cadence to ensure completion of deliverables and achieving milestones.
  • Champion the process of Scrum, Sprints, Retrospective to create a results-oriented and high energy, high-productivity morale building high-performance teams.
  • Partner with clients’ business stakeholders to successfully manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead the initiation, planning, and project/program management end-to-end through the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure high quality and value-added communications, status report, issue, and stakeholder management across the customer leadership (C-suite), managers, and project staff.
  • Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery.
  • Develop the PMO Practice, including growing the team, business development, and growth to becoming a leading Enterprise Transformation PMO practice.
  • Expand and identify opportunities to expand into being at the cutting-edge of Program Management, Lean Management, and Change Management.



Requirements (Must Have):


  • 5 years prior experience leading and managing Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Salesforce CRM/CPQ/Billing projects, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations.
  • 10 years prior experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager leading large teams and complex projects.
  • 10 years prior experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, P2P,SCM, HCM, etc.) and/or Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 – Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.
  • Take extreme ownership and commitment towards results and getting the job done.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications (Preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Preferred).
