Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Project Management to lead, oversee, train, support, and coach a team of project managers. The ideal candidate will ensure successful execution of design and construction projects, oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the project management team. Initially, the position will be player/coach meaning the Director will both oversee projects and manage the rest of the team. This hybrid role is based in Las Vegas.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Interface with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive project management experience.
• Design and/or construction management experience.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000.

Location:

• Hybrid role based in Las Vegas. Required in office two days per week minimum.
