Coke Florida is searching for a Director, Drug/Value Customer Management to work out of our Tampa based HQ office.

As the Director of Drug/Value Customer Management, you will be responsible for developing, growing and maintaining the sales strategy for the drug and value channel as well as large store independent retailers. As the Director, Director of Drug/Value Customer Management, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships, sales, execution and analytics/price packaging.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Execute national programing for Drug and Value channel customers in the Coke Florida market
  • Negotiate and gain stakeholder buy-in, while preparing and presenting presentations
  • Ensure collaborative interaction between Coke Florida field teams and retail selling team.
  • Wire to local regional decision makers from all customers.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to reduce operating cost and complexities aimed at growing profits in the channel.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance local initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a team of individual contributor customer account managers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience
  • Previous DSD experience highly desired
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*
  • Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Fleet Mechanic position.
