About This Opportunity

We are seeking a junior account manager to play a vital role in maintaining and growing relationships with top InComm Incentives clients. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts utilizing InComm’s gift card and consumer loyalty products and services. The account manager will have the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple platforms and develop a broad skill set in account management and incentive product and program operations.

The Incentives Team owns direct relationships with business clients who are purchasing products or services from InComm. Their goal is to ensure business growth and client satisfaction across multiple KPIs and metrics, and to network internally and externally to foster strong, long-term client partnerships. Account Managers provide all day-to-day support, including activities such as marketing, operations and servicing, contract negotiation, new product solutioning, program optimization, data analytics, and more.

Responsibilities

  • The AM I will also play a large role in supporting new initiatives with this strategic client, leading Project Management efforts such as project workstream definition and tracking, internal/external communication plans, and securing cross-functional alignment.
  • We are looking for motivated, self-starters who can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving environment while still successfully delivering on key goals.
  • The AM I will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders on core account management activities, including things like inventory management and trends analysis (for both physical and digital products), marketing/collateral development, critical operational tasks (e.g. transaction monitoring, file processing, reporting), contract negotiation and other related items, and customer service troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Very strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills will be critical for success
  • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve account issues in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to grow account revenue through evaluation and activities such as product expansion, promotional opportunities or program implementations
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Demonstrated proactivity; Highly responsive to internal and external requests
