Role and Responsibilities:
As an Art Teacher, you will:
Develop and deliver engaging and innovative art lessons that cater to a range of abilities and interests.
Foster a love for art and creativity in students from all year groups.
Encourage students to explore various mediums and techniques, from traditional to contemporary art forms.
Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Art examinations, providing guidance and support throughout their coursework.
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, including art clubs, exhibitions, and school events.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into the broader school curriculum and community.
Requirements:
A degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in teaching art at the secondary school level.
A creative and dynamic teaching approach with a commitment to inspiring students.
