Deputy Head Teacher

We have a great opportunity for a Deputy Head of Education will support the Head of Education in leading and managing the Education team, to deliver good quality teaching provision, and achieve good learner outcomes. The Deputy Head of Education will help to manage and coordinate the contract, and deliver key objectives, using data to drive decision making and monitor and report upon progress.

Salary - £54,000 to £60,000 per annum

Location - Hounslow (onsite)

You will:

• Be in possession of a relevant teaching or training qualification (e.g. QTS, QTLS, DTTLS, PGCE)
• Hold a National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) or willing to work towards
• Have significant experience in an educational leadership role or member of a Senior Leadership Team, ideally within Special Schools, Pupil Referral Units/AP or school with significant numbers of learners with SEMH
• Have experience of managing an appropriate and challenging curriculum with a successful track record of developing, leading and managing a team
• Have Ofsted experience
